Well I had three classes today. My history class is going to be the longest class of the year. The professor likes to digress and talk about other topics in history than what we are currently studying. I like the professor, but it is really funny how he changes topics. Okay, so I got the rest of my books as well. I don't think that my backpack has ever been so full. I should have taken a picture, it was busting at the seems. In my intercultural communication class, I volunteered to go to a "different culture" and see how it is like. Only it took the professor a few minutes to explain how to play this make believe scenario. It was quite fun. In the afternoon the City of Winooski held a bbq for the students that live in thier city. The mayor, town council, police chief, and other important people were all there. So I decided to go down and visit with everyone. Now they really know who I am. Savannah is quite excited about that. Some of the town council members want me to come to town council meetings and would like me to sit on some city boards. They also want to find out if I can be the city liason between them and the College. So there are a few things that are going on. I really didn't do much in the night time, just hung out and then talked with Savannah. I will post some pictures of the bbq online as well.
