Friday

So what did I do today? Well I spent it walking around in the drizzling rain. It was very nice. Not too warm or not too cold. And it was drizzly. My classes went well. For my intercultural communication class we had to attend the presentation given by our community book author. That was a neat presentation. It took the guy about 5 years to write the story. He showed us pictures from his trips to Sudan and shared other details as well. Afterward, I had him sign my book. He seems like a really nice guy. Then in the afternoon, I spent some time trying to get more of my credits transferred and I probably will get at least 3 more but I may get 6. I just have to talk to the lady in charge on Monday. She had left early for the day (around 4pm) when I had stopped by her office. Registration starts up in a couple of weeks for next semester's classes, so that is why I am getting everything done right now. I don't want to be "running" around at the last minute in a few weeks. Then later tonight, I talked to everyone at the house via skype and found out that they were cooking london broil for dinner. I am beginning to wonder if they were just waiting for me to leave to start cooking all these fancy dishes.......nothing else fun to report. Hope everyone is having fun in the heat. It is starting to cool down here and it supposed to get real cold in the next few weeks.

Yes, isn't it fun to hear of the great food the family that lives away is having. Sometimes, we have the same thing. We had london broil last week, so to me they are off a week. Why don't you cook some for yourself and your roomies...try it...sounds like you are having fun. Weather is changing here to cooler side...winterizing before it's time. great fun! miss ya
