So I had my American Literature class today, we just discussed the book the Scarlet Letter. It is about a lady who had to wear a scarlet letter on her clothes because she did a bad thing. It is quite interesting reading. That is the latest one that I am reading. I also have four other books I am reading at the same time. And yes, they are all for school classes. No pleasure reading at all. So I spend all my free time reading these big books. So since my class was late in the afternoon, I worked a little bit for dad's office this morning and then decided to leave for class. Of course I missed the 1:30 bus, so I had to catch the 1:45 which made me a little late to class. Of course it doesn't help that the bus driver is the slowest bus driver in the whole world and takes the longest route to school. So it takes forever to get to school. Everyone complains about him, but it does nothing to change his attitude. Our elevator is also the slowest elevator in the entire world as well. It takes about 5 minutes to just go down one floor. So you have to plan accordingly when you want to catch the bus. Hmmm.....so I am starting to get used to college life away from home. I can even make real food without my mom's supervision. (Using skype to get help doesn't really count because she is not here!!) It got real cold last night. It dropped to 45 degrees. Good thing I have a nice warm bed! Savannah is just going to love the wonderful seasons and cold weather. I have adjusted pretty well. Have not even worn my jacket yet, but it is getting there. I can't think of anything else that is happening. School is going well, I have lots of reports and tests to take but that is normal stuff. I like my classes and like how small they are as well. I am looking forward to getting married in December and just can't wait!
