Wow....it was really cold today. First I had to move my car from the 2 hour parking slot back to the garage because my card get reset. The parking garage director sent me an emailing apologizing for that problem. Then I had lab duty and spent my time in the lab. I went out for lunch around noon and thought wow it is really really cold. Also the clouds were dark and I thought it is going to snow today. Well a few hours later, it was snowing hard. We got about 3 and a half inches in just a few hours. Once I was done with the lab about 5, I went and had dinner and then had to wait for the bus for a bit. I heard that the bus was taking up to an hour to make the normal 20 minute trip because of the road conditions. Other cars were having problems as well trying to make it up the hill. They were sliding down! Max (one of my roommates) said he saw one of the city buses lock up its brakes and slide down the hill as well. What fun! The roads were covered with snow and ice. We are supposed to get another big noreaster this weekend. Mom says I should have some food just in case the power goes out. I just hope that my flight doesn't cancel and I can come home for Christmas....oh about that...I am not really coming home for Christmas. I am going up to Utah with Savannah. All her family will be up there and so I am going with her this year. Next year, we will spend it in Arizona or as I am trying to get my mom to come have the family spend it up here in Vermont. It would be a pretty white Christmas! Well love to all!
