Ok, so this last week was a pretty decent one. It wasn't too cold, not too warm...it was perfect! We could even walk home from school with no gloves or earmuffs! Woohoo! And we switched to our lightweight jackets too! So Monday for FHE we paid bills and figured out finances...yippee....Tuesday and Wednesday were nothing to scream about, and Thursday I got off work at 3:00. YAY!!! Aaron was still at school, so he walked home with me, and we headed to the mall to get his hair cut. The dumb lady that did it practically balded him! I only wanted just a tiny bit cut off, and she used a 3! I threatened Aaron within an inch of his life if he ever used a 2 again, so at least he had enough sense to tell her a 3! Aaron is under the impression that I said half an inch should be taken off...I think I might have said that, but I must have been sleeping!!! I think next time I'm just going to get a blade and do it myself! Then it won't be too short....but it might look pretty...crappy....oh, we'll just let the professionals do it. Anyways, on to my problem. I have been very good since I've been out here in trying to stick to a budget that we've created. But all this going to the mall and shopping has started getting to me! I went across the hall while Aaron was being buzzed and peeked in this little teeny bopper store. I didn't think I was going to find anything, I was just looking around. WRONG!!! I found the greatest pair of black pants! But Aaron had the money (I purposely left my purse at home to avoid such a situation!) So when he was done I took him back to the teeny bopper store to look at the pants. Bad idea. While there I found the cutest pair of purple-ish blue-ish yellow-ish capri-style pants that look awesome on me! So Aaron approved both pairs, (how could he not when I tried them on and did the model walk in front of the wall of mirrors!) and what was supposed to be a quick trip to the mall for a haircut turned into a pretty nice shopping trip for me! I don't feel all that terrible though, both pairs only cost $34 total..not bad, right?! While we were at the mall we went to the massive food court (5 whole places to eat!!!) We stopped at the Subway because they are having this sale, $5 for a footlong. Aaron got a turkey sandwich and I decided to get one of the local favorites, the Buffalo Chicken sandwich. Apparently I ordered everything (even down to the drink that I wanted) that the cute little boy behind the counter had made himself for lunch, so he decided to hook us up with free drinks, and 5 free cookies! Woohoo!! What a little flirting will get you!!! HAHAHAHAH! Anyways, my problem gets worse! Friday I went with Tiffany shopping...we were doing her laundry, and Linens and Things was across the street. I've never been in there, and we don't need anything for the house, so I figured that once again I was safe. WRONG AGAIN!!! I found the most ADORABLE painting thing...I'm not sure what you would call it...anyways, here's a pic! How cute is this!!!
It hangs above our bed (duh...as if you couldn't see by the picture!!) And with the coupon that Tiffany had, it was only $20! How adorable is that!!! Anyways, we're off to Costco for our customary lunch of tasting table samples and a Costco hotdog! Love to all!!!

So....you really didn't state your problem...unless it's compulsive shopping! haha... Good luck with that! I guess you are going to be eating alot of Ramen for awhile :)

Mom
Yes, my weakness has been shopping! Only it's for pants...I can't find tops that I like at all! Guess we'll have a few shopping trips when I get back to AZ, huh!
I love the sign, it's awesome!
That is why I don't go to Sportsman Warehouse or Cabellas - very expensive to go through the door!! Don't have problems with other stuff but I would sure like to go through the doors at Pensky's (sp) but better leave cash, check books and credit cards at home!!!
But - guess it will Ramen noodles, onion sandwiches, etc. - and some food storage!!! Unless you are like some - just increase the loan - the debt.
Just think - Aaron's won't have to get another hair cut until he is back in the west!!! And his ears can feel the nice weather you are having.
Love ya - Grampy
You are so funny! We share the same weakness though, so we should never go shopping together - I think we would both wind up in a lot of trouble!!! That sign is really cute though...hmmm...Linens and Things...
Yay! I love to shop! that sign is so cute.
