Ok, Saturday, April 26 our friends finally made it in on a flight! They rented a Jeep in Boston so we didn't have to go pick them up, and they got to the condo around 10 am. They showered and took a little nap, and we jumped in the car and went to a town called Sandwich. It was sooo pretty! There were trees and rivers and ponds, and cute little houses, and cute big houses everywhere! Since we took the Jeep we went offroading a little and got some great pics! It was kind of sad, tourist season doesn't start there until around May 1, so most places were closed, but we still had fun!
We drove around this conservation area for a while, and stopped in a little meadow to look around and take pics.
It was really fun! This is me and my friend Amber out the sunroof of the Jeep. In this meadow Aaron needed a little...um...relief, and there were some people walking down the road and caught him! It was HILARIOUS!!! They started waving at him and then he knew he'd be caught! anywyas, back to the pics...
There was a nice pond that was there, so here's Mckade and Amber,
And me and Aaron. It was kind of cold, it was around 50 that day!
Then we found this place, the house was built in 1681 and was still standing. It didn't open until May 1, we were pretty bummed about that, because there was some really cool artifacts inside.
This is Mckade and Amber in front of another really old house, but unfortunately I can't remember any other details!
At the house built in 1681 there was the cutest little brook that apparently they would put milk and butter in to keep cold, it was cute!
