One of many...

Updates, that is! Hmm...how to detail in a short post two and a half weeks of joy? Not gonna happen in a short post, so brace yourself, you're in for a few long posts and tons of pics!!! Ok, so you saw my haircut and the first few days of our Utah trip. One of the kids brought the flu bug with him, and most everyone caught it. My sister Dixie even got sick, and she only gets sick every few years, so it was a bad strain! On Tuesday Aaron got up really early to help "the balloon man" (a guy who gives hot air balloon rides around the valley) because his usual helpers (my dad and brother in law) were both busy. He woke up puking, but still went, the trooper and had a lot of fun! He had the flu though, and ended up sleeping the rest of the day. Poor little guy! Me, my sister Heather, her husband Carlon, and all the kids over the age of 4 went to Willis Creek though and had a blast!!! It's a slot canyon in the hills behind Cannonville, and really really fun! The water was way low though, because it was at least half the amount as it was last year, but we still made the best of it!

There was a natural little pool that was small, but fun to play in. Me, Heather, Jordan, and Jarom all made a human dam and got it a couple of feet higher than what it was, so all the kids (almost) jumped in and started swimming and splashing around!

This is a pic of the canyon that we walked through. It's not very long, but really pretty!

My nephew, Lorin, is really agile and was jumping across the canyon when it was about 6 feet apart, and my brother in law got some great action shots!

This is the crew that came, it has most of the kids over the age of 4!

I just thought this was a really great shot. At the end of the canyon it opens up, and I took this pic and thought it looked good, so here it is!
