Have we ever said how much we love the parking situation in Burlington? Well....we don't. Luckily for us we have an apartment that includes parking for 1 car off the street. So last night after we went to the mall and did some shopping we came and what did we find?? All the parking spots were taken.....not cool. I was a little irritated and wanted to go to each neighbor and find out who had taken our spot. But instead, I parked the car on the street (yes, it was starting to snow as well) and left a nice little message for the management company and took pictures of the crime. Then all night long I stewed about the mean people who had taken MY parking spot. When I woke up this morning, I looked out the window, noticed an empty parking spot, quickly put on my shoes and moved the car! Now I am a bit happier, but it better not happen again!

Oh this reminds me of all of the joys of apartment living. We had one assigned spot....but that seemed to matter little to some of our neighbors. We never dealt with snow though :) just hauling a baby across miles of blacktop in the heat.
