Dinner and a Movie

It has been a long time since Savannah and I have seen a movie together. I had this brilliant idea of making dinner and watching a movie on the laptop at the same time. The only problem is my dinner making skills were not active yesterday. So instead I cleaned the kitchen, the front room, and made the bed (this was all part of my brilliant plan) so when Savannah came home from work she didn't have too (now she had more time to help me cook!) I told her that I had an idea but needed her cooking skills. I got everything ready and then we had lots of fun together in the kitchen. I did make one surprise for her (turkey cheddar rollups) and they actually tasted really good! After the dinner was on the table, I brought my laptop in and said that I had a few work projects that had to be done. She was not a happy camper and said are you sure? I said yes. Then I told her to go into the other room. Once she did that I quickly put the movie into the laptop and started it. Then I went and got her from the other room. I had turned off all the lights and told her that we were going to have dinner and a movie. By this time, the movie was playing the introduction. What movie did we watch? Mary Poppins! It was a very fun night to spend together.
