All by my lonely self....

I know it has been such a long time since we have posted anything. Don't worry. We will get everyone all updated soon. In the meantime, you have to put up with me and my boring posts.

First off, Savannah headed back down to Henrieville on Tuesday morning. She was supposed to leave at 5:45 AM. I got up and helped her pack and then went promptly back to bed. Only.....10 minutes later I hear Savannah coming down the stairs. It seems that her car won't start. No problem. We have a battery jumper.....we use the battery jumper.....and nothing happens. I think that someone forgot to charge the jumper the last time it was used....oops. So the car is dead. Luckily our neighbor is up and has cables. So Savannah is only half an hour off schedule. I head back to bed only to get up and go to work at 8AM. Work is going very well. I have been testing the same computer images for a few weeks now. Just still trying to work out the bugs (I found out today that it's not going to happen....okay, new project!). Anyways Savannah was kind enough to leave me some food and so for dinner on Tuesday night I was definitely a bachelor....I had frozen pizza and soda!

Now onto Wednesday morning....does anyone know how long it takes for my sisters to drive 4 miles....(yes I said FOUR)? Well according to this story......An hour and a half. You see, my sisters are on their way down to Arizona (probably have made it by now) but were going to stop by and see Savannah. Anyways, they spent the night Tuesday in Savannah's parents hotel and then Wednesday were supposed to drive 4....yes 4 miles to meet Savannah at her parent's house. I guess my sisters didn't have a GPS because they drove my sister's car (poor little honda) all around in the mud and dirt (probably almost got stuck somewhere) for who knows how long. Then they drive back to the hotel because obviously they can't find Savannah. They get directions one more time and take off. Savannah at this time was standing in the middle of the road waiting for them. Now according to Savannah, my sisters were so close but decided to turn around for some odd reason (maybe they were scared of Savannah??!?). So Savannah takes off on her mom's four wheeler chasing my sisters. She just wasn't fast enough. So my sisters go down this dirt road and drive and drive and drive. Finally (now it has been an hour and a half) they found Savannah's parents house and Savannah.

*LOL* Too funny... the hotel to Henrieville?? How does anyone get lost in a town that only has 6 streets?
