The weather channel said it was going to snow, and the amount kept steadily increasing. It started at 2-4 inches, and went all the way up to 12-14 inches! I think we received 11 or so inches total. Considering there wasn't a fleck of snow on the ground at 6 am when we woke up, I think that's a pretty successful day!
Savannah decided she didn't need to take her snow boots to work and ended up spending over 20 minutes standing in a snow drift that was 2 feet high, shoveling her car out in a pair of ballet flats- she was pretty happy to put her slippers on when she got home!
