So, the sellers are going to have the radon gas problem fixed and the closing date is set for February 6!
Had the opportunity to practice singing for a missionary choir that will be singing during Stake Conference next week. I wasn't so excited, but they asked for all Ward Mission Leaders to participate. They also asked their spouses! The practice was nice, but having it on a Fast Sunday and for 2 hours was very long! I'm happy that they had food for us afterwards!
