As we were leaving St. George heading back to LV, we went and tried Veyo Pies. They are so awesome!! We tried quite a few (because Savannah's sister owns the place) and all of them were amazing. If you are ever in the area, you have to go.

We are now back in KC. I went over to our house and used our ride on lawn mower to mow the lawn. I think that has been our wisest investment yet!! Our ward is starting a dinner group, so we had that this last week. It will be our turn to host next month. Also, a friend who is in town went to Strouds with us. Strouds is famous for their fried chicken. I have to say it was not that bad, but the cinnamon rolls are pretty good too! Today, (Sunday), we had some nasty storms. Lots of lots of rain and flooding. Also, a bit of sad news, those birds that built a nest in our apartment have left. The baby birds I guess have hatched because they are now gone.
