Saturday

Well have to love Burlington Public Transportation.......I went and picked up my glasses today. I can tell a little bit of a difference. Guess it helps to see well. After riding the bus back and forth to the mall and the town center (which I walked up and down.....I think I found the oldest building....it says 1810 on it.....pretty cool) I got to sit on the most hottest bus ever. The A/C had gone out. So after a few minutes of riding that bus, they made us change and what a difference A/C can make! So going back to the town center. I walked down Church street (which is the main street and leads to the 1810 church) and there is a lot of activity. I saw a clown whose theme was construction. His act was pretty good. I know......I know.....where are pictures.....well I didn't have my camera. I will go down next week and take my camera. So anyways this town center is the place to be. Lots of shops, food places, etc. There is also the Burlington Town Mall close by, but I didn't have time or I would have missed the bus. Then I took that bus home and took a little nap. Then at night I walked to the grocery store (about a mile away) to get bread and milk. Boy you would think that the grocery store would be closer. I had to walk under the interstate and with my groceries as well. Did you know that you can't buy a lot when you have to carry your groceries for a mile?? You only have so many arms. Well I have to close now (have a white shirt I need to iron for church tomorrow). Hope all is going well.
