Sunday

So I woke up today and it was pretty dark outside. As I got ready for church, the weather started to change and get a little colder. Then during church it rained and rained and rained. The day was just great. I met a member from Moldova. He moved to the states 4 months ago and just moved to Burlington a week ago. He speaks Russian. Church was good, definitely different than the West. Ah....what a cultural difference. The missionaries took my telephone number and will probably be calling me to help out with meeting investigators in Winooski. The work up here is really progressing. So that should be fun. I went to the CES fireside with a group of single adults from the Stake. We had a dessert potluck before the fireside started. There was only 6 or 7 of us. The fireside was about a half hour trip to the capital of Vermont. On the way, I saw signs in French. That was kind of weird, but Canada is so close, I can understand why. After the fireside ended (which started at 8 in Vermont) we drove home and I got to skype with the family at Grampy and Grammy's house. It was really fun to see everyone. Then I talked with Savannah and I was so tired that I climbed into bed right after that.
