Wednesday

So today was very cold, but it was not that bad. I purchased the stuff I needed for dinner tomorrow. That should be a very good dinner for the Elders, Bob, and I. We have a lot of food!! Then about 3:00 I went over to Bob's house to cook dinner for the elders a bit later. I made two different types of sandwhiches. One was a hot bbq chicken and the other was a cold chicken salad. Both turned out really good, but I think next time I will make more of the bbq. Then we had a little lesson from the missionaries. Afterwards, like it has now become, I help Bob wash the dishes and then we start to read from the Book of Mormon. We also went to the store to get more stuff for Thanksgiving. When we got home, we read more from the Book of Mormon and just talked as well. It is quite fun. Then we heard this knock on the door. A lady that Bob knew told him that she didn't have a turkey for dinner and wanted to know if he could help her out. He said yes and gave her our turkey. Then we had to think what we were going to do without a turkey???? So we got back in the car and bought a fresh turkey from the store. It was a bit funny. The lady at the register was like you forgot the turkey?? We told her what happened and she thought that it was really nice what we did. So we got back to Bob's house and finished our reading/chatting about the Book of Mormon and what a testimony is. I left about 9pm. Yes, 9pm.....what a day!! I guess everyone is getting ready for tomorrow. Hope that everyone has fun. Savannah made it to Utah and is happy to be with her family for the holiday.
