Late Saturday Night

Twas the night before Sunday, and everything was done, when all of a sudden, I thought it would be fun, to play with the emergency alarm in the stupid elevator, "911, Winooski Police" said the lady, oh crap i thought, as the lady didn't hear, my shouts of plea to please not come. (okay so here is what happened.....geezz....what a night...) So I was preparing dinner for tomorrow to take to Bob (because he had a family death) and I really don't have time tomorrow because I have my interviews for my live recommend and I get to drive all over. So anyways I needed to go to my car and pushed the elevator button. I was also talking to Savannah at the same time. Well I hit the 6th floor button (cause that is where I parked) and because I was swinging my keys, I hit the emergency call button. The light lit up red and I can hear the emergency operator saying "Winooski Police, do not panic, help is on the way, there is an emergency at the Spinner Place elevator (and then it repeats)"...I try to tell her that it was an accident, but then realize two things....1)it is a recording tell me that the rescue squad is coming and 2) it is a one way radio....I tell Savannah I have to go and she is laughing at me and then I go to the resident assistant's (RA) room and say "are you having fun tonight?"....then I proceed to tell him what is going on and that the fire truck is probably on its way or at least a police officer. The RA just looks at me and says "am I having fun, I sure was until you came"! So I said sorry and left as quickly as I could. Ooooooppss!!! Oh and about my dinner, I am marinating chicken.....it sure looks real good!!!
