Monday - Feb 18, Yes, I had class today. We don't believe in taking days off! I finished one of my mid-terms (the forensics one) and got it turned in. Then for my forensics class, we had a guest lecturer who spoke on wireless security network sensors. I invited Savannah who joined me and we listened to this very smart guy. He was making his presentation to try and get hired by the college. It was a very good presentation and Savannah says she even understood!
Tuesday - Feb 19, Today we had some really really yummy soup that Savannah made. Boy am I glad I convinced her to marry me and MOVE all the way across the country. Now I get to eat all of her wonderful cooking! I had lab duty and Savannah worked. Boy what fun we have! Also the missionaries were dying of starvation so they called and stopped by for some dinner. We gave them some of the yummy soup (there went my lunch!) and off they went to do more work!
Wednesday - Feb 20, Happy Birthday Aly!!!! Today we went to an investigator's house with the missionaries. We taught about the plan of salvation. The investigator is a nice young gal. As it is with most days, Savannah and I walked to school/work and walked home as well. We ate lunch with each other. Hopefully this tradition continues for a long time! We even have to walk down a certain path each time as well! If we don't it just doesn't feel the same!
Thursday - Feb 21, you would think that we own a soup kitchen. The missionaries came over again for dinner. Poor them....they must be starving! Savannah had made tacos (yeah!!!) and we had 5 or 6 ourselves! I am just finishing up my mid-terms and papers that are due before break starts next week. I sent Savannah to work today by herself so that I could do my homework without being distracted. She now doesn't work on Fridays so she won't be distracted as well!
Friday - Feb 22, so....I didn't go to my lab duty...I had to take a test during that time. When I got done, I headed back to the lab. On the way, I was thinking of my wonderful paper I had worked on all week and what a joy it was to get it done. Then....I thought oh no! I didn't do my works cited page....crap! I had to go home and get my resources to finish it! Savannah was quite surprised to see me home so early and was like "you are not supposed to be home this early"...oops. I finished my paper and went back to school where I printed it off and turned it in at the beginning of class. It started to snow lightly and Savannah went to the laundromat. It is her favorite place to go when it is snowing outside!!!
Saturday - Feb 23, today was a nice day. I went to the school to finish up my web site project and met a classmate as well. So I called the school security who let us into a building. As we got to talking, I found out that the school is completely shut down for spring break. Must be nice! So we only got 30 minutes (even though I tried to argue for 45) to do our project. It didn't happen. So I got home early and found Savannah cleaning. She told me I had ruined (yet again) another surprise! That was really nice! I did more homework and then we had dinner (Savannah will give more details on that!). So that was our day!
Sunday - Feb 24, so as of today we have posted all the major events in our lives. Today in church, I actually taught the lesson on Jesus's Birthday and made the kids act like sheep and shepards. Savannah had to take one of the kids out to "time out"....when I got back into the class all the other kids reported to me that Sister Weech had taken a kid out. I said "Oh...you better be quiet then or you can join her too!" Everyone was pretty good from that point forward! We had dinner with another couple in the ward and ended up playing some fun games with them. One of the games was called "Imaginiff". It's a game where you pick up cards and put someone's name in the blank spot (kind of)...so it was my turn and I picked Savannah's name. The question was "Imaginiff Savannah was a similie, what would she be" then there was 6 answers to choose from. Well I don't remember all of the answers, but me and the guy I was playing against both picked the "grouchy as a bear" answer! It was pretty funny! Guess I'm sleeping in the snow tonight!
Since we go to Canada this week, we will update all on our wonderful adventure with lots of pictures to come in the following week!

I enjoyed your blog - even thinking of you in all that snow. And the profile of the two of you - pretty good. Those missionaries know a good place when they see one. You say no or give an excuse and you could lose the opportunity that presents itself.
Glad you enjoy school and you get to do so much together. And that soup has to be good in that weather!!! Bet a cup of postum would go good just to keep the hands warm if nothing else!!! Love ya - Grampy
