Today Aaron turns 25. That's right, we're finally the same age! And now I don't have to drive everywhere when we rent a car!!! Anyways, the celebrations started last night when I suprised Aaron with dessert at a friends house. Earlier yesterday I went to a friends house from the ward, and we made a very delicious pumpkin roll!
MMM! While I was there I also made a cheesecake for Aaron, since that is his favorite and I wanted to suprise him with it. Tiffany, a friend from the ward, stored it at her house, and we went over there after getting Aaron's hair cut at the mall. I told Aaron we were going over to play card games, so he knocked on the door and some friends were standing there singing Happy Birthday...he was actually suprised! Woohoo!!! Mission accomplished!! Only I forgot the camera, so when the pics that Tiffany took arrive I'll post them! He got the game "Boggle" and we hung out and ate cheesecake for a couple of hours. We didn't eat cheesecake the whole time though...just at the beginning! Anyways....I had gone to the mall a few days before when Aaron was in class and got some things so I could suprise him again, and they were wrapped and hidden under the bed. I got up super early this morning and piled them all in the living room, so when we woke up, Aaron had this to work through...
I counted them...there are 21 presents to open! He got tons of stuff!!!
He got all sorts of things...movies, ties, games, legos, all the important things in a boy's life!!! I was feeling creative (or loopy) when I was labeling the wrapped gifts, so when Aaron got to these,

He looked at me all strangely and was like "You really aren't going to make me wear pink boxers, are you?!!" It was pretty funny! (They were the ties, by the way!) Anyways, he got Monopoly Electronic Banking edition, and was all sorts of happy, because that is his favorite game! I hate it...but since I love him I'm going to play it with him! He got a bunch of clothes too, and a really nice pair of shoes!
I told him I was going to make pancakes for breakfast, but instead I made biscuits and gravy, another of his favorites! And he was suprised again when he walked in the kitchen and saw this...
(It's a biscuit with a candle in it, sitting on our very messy counter, just in case you couldn't tell!)I know, I'm the best wife ever!! We had a great day watching conference, and we went to a baptism too. I told him I was going to make chicken and dumplings for dinner...but we're going to hang out and eat mexican food with some other friends from the ward, so I'll make those tomorrow. Happy Birthday honey!!! I love you!!!!!
