If you have already read my previous post about dinner, you will surely like this post as well. After dinner, we needed some groceries for Sunday and to get us through the rest of the week. It was just drizzling at this time and it was really nice outside. Savannah and I jumped into the car and headed to the store. As we were in the store and checking out, I noticed that some water was leaking onto the floor, about this time, Savannah and I looked out the window and saw IT WAS POURING!!!! We made a plan to hurry to the car and load the groceries. We both ended up wet but the grocieries are just fine. As we both are now in the car, Savannah is looking for her phone and Itouch. It seems that her pockets were not zipped and she couldn't find her Itouch, but found her phone. So, we both take off back in the DOWN POUR and start to look for her Itouch. She went back into the store and I went back to the car to look again. I finally found it under the seat. So I get back into the car and decide to just wait for Savannah (cause I am not getting back out in the rain and getting more wet). Finally, after 15 minutes of Savannah wandering the store, she comes out looking so depressed. She got into the car and told me she had lost her Itouch. I told her I had found it in the car and she was such a happy little girl. On the way home, we hit a couple of streets that had been flooded and the National Weather Service had issued flood alerts all around our neighborhood.

You guys are so funny. It would be tragic though to loose the ITouch, it really is an amazing device (Clayton would love to own one)!! The rain around here is crazy, it can go from a light drizzle to a torrential downpour in no time flat!!
Also, I love the pics of the trunk or treat. Hilarious. I think it's safe to say that after that day I have no more pride. So Savannah can use those pics for blackmail if she wants, but I have no shame anymore! You guys are the best for helping out (and Aaron, you will NEVER live down the Ghostbusters thing)!!
I love your new hair do. Dixie did great. It fits you well.
