Last night we had dinner with the Key family (Joe, his wife Maria, and their 10 year old son Haskell). They invited us over for BBQ pork tender loin. Now one might wonder how in the middle of January when it is about 10 degrees and SNOWING (like it was last night) how one BBQ's....well I got a good picture!
Yes, we BBQed in the garage! I made mashed potatoes and they turned out really tasty. It was really good food and we decided that we need to BBQ again with them. Joe and I were talking about ice fishing (and driving the SUV on the 12 inches of ice) and sometime before March I may get the chance to go with them. It should be quite the experience!
