Off to Palmyra Today

We are off to Palmyra, New York today. We are going to do the Church history sites and do a temple session as well. It is pretty blustery today and we hope it doesn't rain on us too much.

Last night we went out for Mediterranean food and it was really really good. We went to the lilac festival here in Rochester (because Rochester is the lilac capital of the world). Savannah's sister, Heidi, lives in Rochester and so we got to hang out with her! Here are a few pictures we have taken.

When we were headed to the lilac festival, Heidi had to change out of her scrubs, and when she walked into the room her and Savannah were wearing the same thing, down to the brown flip flops! It was pretty funny! We got a picture of them at the festival, but it's on Heidi's camera so it'll come later.

Savannah took over the driving when we were an hour into New York state (so it was my job to take pictures) and I saw this sign as we flew by it at 65 mph. I told Savannah that we had to turn around and get a picture of it. She was like where am I supposed to turn around? I said I don't know...just do it. We found a spot and turned around to snap this shot.
